IOTA has developed Students Admissions Facilitation System (SAFS) Software which has successfully been launched in Vidyasagar College this year. The software allows students to simultaneously apply online for admission to Bachelors degree courses in different departments of different colleges in the state of West Bengal. The software will automatically select eligible students for admission based on the eligibility criteria provided by each of the participating colleges according to the marks. It will also generate a merit list for each individual department based on criteria specified by respective colleges.

IOTA is developing a CBT entitled “Computer Learning Software” for students of class V - VII (based on latest NCERT guideline). This Software will help the student to learn Information Technology. This Software will also help the teachers to teach Information Technology in a classroom. (Work in progress)

Computerised System for Corporation / Municipality : IOTA is developing a demonstration package for Corporation / Municipal Computerised Syatem. Initially two types of modules such as Birth / Death module and Trade License modules are developed. In Birth & Death module, Birth or Death Certificate will be issued for the citizen and also various types of reports will be generated. In Trade License module, Trade License Certificate will be issued and related reports will be generated. (Work in progress)
